Homeowners who said yes, sent to your phone

You pick the ZIP codes. We text homeowners there, and anyone who wants a quote goes straight to you. Nobody else gets that lead.

Text thread, Tuesday 2:14 PM
Hi, this is [Business Name]. Interested in a free quote for window cleaning?
yeah how much for a 2 story
It depends on the home. [Business Name] will give you a call to get your info and set up a time to come out and take a look.
Lead forwarded

Leads are then forwarded to GHL or phone.

What happens when someone replies

Every answer is read and sorted before it reaches anyone. You only ever see the people who want a quote.

Yeah, how much?Goes to the owner's phone with the address and what they asked for.
Not interestedSuppressed. No follow-up, no second campaign, nothing.
STOPRemoved permanently, across every business we run, not just this one.
Who is this?A person reads it and answers. We don't let software guess.
Wrong numberTaken out and the record marked bad so nobody pays to reach it again.

Where the phone number comes from

We don't buy a list of leads and sell it on. Every campaign starts from scratch in the ZIP codes a business picked.

We start with the property, not the person

Public property records tell us which homes are in the area, how old they are and roughly what they're worth. That is enough to work out which homes a particular business would actually want to serve, and it costs nothing to rule a home out.

Contact details come last, for a short list

Only the homes that fit get looked up through a licensed data provider. Doing it in that order means we pay to reach far fewer people, and the people we do reach are the ones the offer makes sense for.

Every number is checked before anything sends

Numbers are checked against the National Do Not Call Registry and our own suppression list. Landlines are dropped. Texts only go out between 8am and 9pm in the homeowner's own time zone.

One business per area, per trade

A homeowner who asks for a window cleaning quote hears from one window cleaner. We don't sell the same reply to three companies and let them race each other to the phone.

If you got a text from us

You're on the right page. Lead Receive LLC sends text messages on behalf of home-service businesses in Michigan, which is why the name on the message was a person at a local company rather than ours.

  • Reply STOP to any message and that number never hears from us again, for any business we work with.
  • Reply HELP and you'll get our contact details back.
  • We don't sell phone numbers. If you ask for a quote, your details go to that one business so they can get back to you. That's it.
  • Want to be removed without replying, or want to know what we hold about you? Email contact@leadreceive.com.

The privacy policy sets all of this out in full.

Try it on five ZIP codes

Pick the five you most want more work in. We run one test campaign there, and you see how many homeowners put their hand up before you decide whether to carry on.
